WHAT BRAND OF SHIRTS DO YOU USE? 

All of our designs are printed on Bella Canvas, Alternative Apparel, District Made and Kavio.

CARE AND MAINTENANCE 

We recommend washing inside out with like colors on cold setting using a mild detergent, hang or lay flat to dry. You may tumble dry on a low setting, but please be aware that drying your garment will cause the graphic to fade gradually over time.

WHAT ARE MY PAYMENT CHOICES?

We currently accept PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and Apple Pay as forms of payment.

WILL I BE CHARGED SALES TAX?

Florida residents will be charged applicable sales tax.

HAVING TROUBLE WITH YOUR CREDIT CARD INFO?

Your card might be declined for several reasons. Please check to make sure that the name and address entered in the "Billing Information" field are entered exactly as this information appears on the statements you receive from the issuing bank or financial institution. Also, confirm that the credit card number, expiration date and card verification number are correct. If this doesn't work, please contact your issuing bank or financial institution to verify your information and make sure there are no holds placed on your account.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Yes, we ship worldwide using USPS International First Class! International buyers will be responsible for any additional shipping fees, customs fees, duty or taxes, etc.

WHAT SHIPPING METHODS ARE AVAILABLE?

All packages are shipped Standard USPS First Class Mail.

HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO PROCESS?

Please allow up to 7 days for your order to process before it is shipped.

HOW LONG DO PRE-ORDERS TAKE?

Pre-orders may take up to 2-3 weeks to process plus shipping time depending on where you live. Most accurate information can be found directly on the listing. 

HOW DO I USE A DISCOUNT CODE/SHOP CREDIT?

Any discount codes/shop credits must be presented at checkout to be valid. Discount codes are not valid on previous purchases. Only one discount may be used per transaction. Store credits cannot be combined with other discounts. 

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

All orders generally within 7 business days of receiving payment. We do not ship on weekends, US holidays or holidays observed by the US Postal Service, such as President's Day, Martin Luther King Day, etc.

HOW QUICKLY WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER AFTER SHIPMENT?

Standard shipping generally takes 3-5 business days, but can take longer during busy holiday seasons. International shipping can take anywhere from 2-6 weeks and will depend on your location, postal service and the amount of time your package takes to get through your customs department. In most cases, international packages are delivered in 2-3 weeks. 

WHERE IS MY ORDER SHIPPING FROM?

Your order will ship from Tampa, FL.

WHERE IS MY ORDER?

Once your orders ships, a shipping notification that includes your tracking number will be sent to you via email. If 7 days have passed and you have not received this email, please check your spam folder. Once you receive a tracking number, please follow it carefully. We will NOT take responsibility for lost packages. Once your item tracking updates with USPS it is out of our hands.

MY ORDER HAS ALREADY SHIPPED. CAN I CHANGE THE DELIVERY ADDRESS?

We cannot change the shipping address for orders that have already gone out and the US Postal Service is not able to change delivery addresses once an order is shipped. If a package is returned to us after shipping to a wrong address, we can reship at the buyer's expense.

DO YOU OFFER RETURNS, REFUNDS AND/OR EXCHANGES?

EXCHANGES

Exchanges will be granted for items returned in their original unwashed and unworn condition. Please email dreambelieversco@gmail.com for directions on how to return your item. Please do so within 5 days of receiving your purchase.

RETURNS/REFUNDS

Returns/Refunds are not accepted at this time.

Dream Believers Co. is very active on Instagram, however we often miss questions or inquiries due to the high volume of traffic we receive each day. PLEASE make sure to include your order number if inquiring about an order placed.

We will get back with you as soon as possible, typically 24-48 hours after receipt. Keep in mind that emails over the weekend may be responded to on our next business day, Monday.

Dream Believers Co. will not be liable for any accidental occurrences. Items are not meant to be worn as sleepwear and hoodies should be removed before sleep. Kids should never be left unattended in any of our products. Always inspect items before use and discontinue use with any signs of wear or tear.
